As experienced by every organisation, meetings and events were halted by the covid-19 pandemic and we were unable to hold our regular meetings.  Our constitution (as per every community council in South Lanarkshire) prevented us holding formal meetings virtually until December 2020.  However, members continued to discuss issues electronically and held regular zoom meetings informally.  Our constitution allows decisons to be taken by the Chair and other office bearers without formal approval via a vote which meant we could continue operating during lockdown.
